Pre-VBS

Prayer Team
Receive prayer requests by email and pray before and during VBS.

Early Registration Computer Terminal Attendant
Computer savvy people helping with online registration at stations set up in the lobby between services on Sundays and Wednesday evenings for those not able to register online from home.

Set Builders
Build sets & props, generally on evenings and Saturdays.

Painters
Paint sets and props, generally on evenings and Saturdays.

*Truckers
People with trucks to pick up materials and/or transport assembled items.

Set Up: We will be setting up the outdoor areas, indoor sets and decorating. There is something for everyone. (Times to be determined.)

Hospitality
People to help prepare and serve meals, desserts, etc. for volunteers during build days or meetings.

Costumes & Props
Gather Biblical costumes from costume room for Story Tellers & Actors.
Create two robot character costumes.

Week of VBS

*Prayer Counselors
We will train you to lead a child to Christ for the evening of June 18.

Registration
Help with new registrations and child ID wristbands. Approximately 5:45-6:45 p.m.

Tour Guides
Greet and help kids find their way and usher.

*Small Group Leaders: Responsible for small groups of kids, moving with them from one activity to another.

Elementary/1st & 2nd Grades

*Activity Leaders: Set up and run activities and games.

Activity Helpers: Assist in running activities and games.

Craft Leaders: Plan, set up and run crafts with helpers.

Craft Assistants: Help the Craft Leader prepare prior to VBS week.

Snack Helpers
Prepare and serve snacks each evening.

*Information Desk
Stay at the desk throughout the evening to contact staff members or to contact parents if an emergency arises. This person will have information available as to where volunteers are located.

*Safety/Medical Personnel
Two nurses or EMT\'s are needed every evening in case of injuries or emergencies.

*Photographers/Videographers
Must be able to walk for most of the two hours. We will provide the cameras.

Tear Down: Tearing down the sets, props and decorations in the indoor/outdoor areas
